Rates from January 1st until and including March 2010: $112.00 per night for the two bedroom apartment. (Three night minimum stay) $672.00 per week
(in other words, a free night)
Rates from April until and including December 2010: $140.00 per night for the two bedroom apartment. (Three night minimum stay) $840.00 per week

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with queen size beds. 5th and 6th guests can be put up on the pull out couch at an additional cost of $10 per person per night.
There is a cleaning fee for the apartment of $75.00 per stay, what ever the length of stay. (There is no tax on this fee however)
Sitting Room & Bath
The living space is open plan with comfortable seating which includes a pull out sofa which means the apartment can sleep up to six. The bathroom has a shower with a chlorine filter shower head.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a drinking water filter. There is a cosy dining nook, and outside a BBQ grill, table and chairs for al fresco dining in the garden.
Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
The two bedrooms, the ‘Tree Room’ and the ‘Puppet Room’ have queen size beds with ‘allergy free’ natural latex rubber mattresses and plenty of closet space.
The Garden
The Garden has been professionally designed and is at present under construction. As facilities are constructed they will be available to guests. A sun-shaded deck, meditation garden, tea house, rainwater wall. Currently available, the long courtyard garden, with outside grill and the sun-shaded deck is available after 6 p.m. and at weekends. Watch this space as the garden develops.
